Ask how many follow-up visits are included and what happens if the problem persists beyond those visits. Read Google reviews focusing on whether the treatment actually worked long-term, not just the initial response. A good pest controller will also advise on proofing measures to prevent reinfestation, such as sealing entry points and removing food sources.
