Ask about their policy if the vehicle breaks down on the day — a reliable company will have a backup plan.

Compare quotes from at least three operators. Prices vary widely, and the cheapest option may cut corners on vehicle maintenance or chauffeur quality. Read Google reviews looking for comments about the vehicle's condition, the chauffeur's professionalism, and whether the company delivered what was promised. For weddings, ask whether the chauffeur has experience with wedding timings and whether they can accommodate photo stops. Book well in advance for peak dates — proms and summer Saturdays fill up months ahead.
