Safety should be your top priority when hiring a bouncy castle in Rugby. Ask about their weather policy: most companies will postpone or cancel in winds above 24mph, but refund and rebooking policies vary.

Compare at least three quotes and ask what is included. Good companies deliver, set up, safety-brief and collect the castle as part of the hire price. Ask whether an adult must supervise at all times (yes — this is a legal requirement) and whether they provide a safety mat for the entrance. Read Google reviews paying attention to comments about the cleanliness of the inflatables, punctuality of delivery and how well the company communicated about weather-related changes.
